Salentein Cuvée Exceptionnelle Brut Blanc de Blancs “Limited Edition”

Golden yellow in color. Aromas of green apple and pineapple mixed with delicate notes of toast. On the palate fresh and fruity with fine and persistent bubbles that contribute to this elegant and intense sparkling wine.

Sourced from the vineyards of El Oasis Estate, in Alto Valle de Uco, 1100 meters above sea level in the high-altitude Uco Valley region. The vineyards benefit from sunny weather during the day and cooling from the Andes at night. Alto Valle de Uco is the best wine region in the greater Mendoza area.

This sparkling wine is delicious as an aperitif, but also goes well with calamari and refined seafood starters. A light salad with scallops, for example.

The first fermentation takes place at low temperature in order to preserve the fresh character of the wine. The second fermentation takes place according to the Méthode Charmat. The sediment from the second fermentation remains in the tank and is the basis for the “sur lie” aging process of six months, this gives the typical toast aroma.
