Clos Amador Brut Reserva Delicat Magnum

A pleasantly dry Cava with elegant bubbles. Fruity and fresh with a greenish yellow color with golden reflections. Aromas of citrus and green apple and a hint of ripened white (peach) fruit. Beautiful finish. Some aging is also evident in this effervescent Cava.

This sparkling wine is produced according to the méthode traditionnelle. The grapes are picked separately and then destemmed. The juice is cooled to 14 degrees and undergoes pneumatic crushing at 0.2 bar. The must is 55% separated. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 – 18 degrees. The juice is filtered and undergoes a 2nd traditional fermentation in bottle. Minimum aging of 15 months in the lees.

Food recommendation: This Cava is an ideal appetizer, but also a delicious accompaniment to savory cakes, fish dishes, pastas or white meat dishes.
