Smoked carpaccio, venison ham and p\u00e2t\u00e9 of venison served with nut bread, fig compote, pomegranates and mesclune of lettuce and raspberry dressing.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Luxury fish salad, beautiful dish prepared<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pasta and assorted smoked fish, eel, lobsters and shrimp, creamy cocktail sauce and garnishes of cherry tomato, cucumber and lemon<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Pearl couscous salad<\/span><\/p>\n

Richly garnished with figs, apple,<\/span><\/em> feta cheese and orange segments<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

It is possible that a buffet is slightly modified due to the availability of certain ingredients. If you have a suggestion or other wishes for the interpretation of the buffet, we are happy to think along with you; we will gladly adjust the buffet for you. <\/span><\/p>\n

Please let us know if you or any of your guests have dietary requirements or allergies, and we will take them into consideration.<\/span><\/p>\n

How will your chosen buffet arrive?
\n<\/strong>All buffets are prepared for you. The cold dishes are delivered on beautiful platters, the hot dishes are served in chafing dishes, all with matching spoons. Once the buffet is ready, we will give a short explanation. Afterwards, you can put the dirty materials without food residues in the crates; we do the dishes of these materials for you. The price of the buffet includes the above materials and excludes 9% VAT.

If desired, you can have us take care of the dishes, cutlery and dishes.<\/span>
\n The cost is \u20ac2.25 per person excluding 21% VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n
